みなさんこんにちは。社長の小林桂樹です。
昭和38年生まれの卯年男子です。地方の田舎で祖父が創業した地場工務店の三代目として「生まれた時から技術職人」になる環境で田舎の自然の中で育ちました。みずから身体を動かして、頭に描いたものを必要な材料を揃えて、道具を使ってつくっていくことが大好きで、その仕上がりも上々でした（自画自賛）。でもなぜか同じ建築でも設計の道を歩んで、一級建築士として建築物の設計を好きになり、現在に至っています。
これまでの経験体験してやってきたことを「人の役に立つこと」に活かしたいと、只今現在はそれだけを思ってパウムテックを起業した次第です。
Hello everyone. I’m Keiju Kobayashi, the president.
I am a “usagidoshi” boy born in 1963. I grew up in the countryside in an environment that became a “technical craftsman since I was born” as the third generation of a local contractor founded by my grandfather in a rural countryside. I loved moving my body, preparing the necessary materials on my head, and using tools. The finish was also good (self -portrait). But for some reason I went on the design path even in the same architecture. And as a first -class architect, I like the design of the building, and it has been up to the present.
I wanted to make use of what I have experienced so far in “useful for people.” And I just started Paumtech Co., Ltd.

平成の時代に「取っても食えないよ」と言われていた一級建築士の資格を取って三十数年、建築の世界で様々な経験体験をしてきました。その中で多くの建築系の資格を取り、不動産の仕事に関わる機会を活かして不動産系の資格も取り、時代に合わせて土地や建物の調査に活躍するドローンの操縦に必要な無線関係の資格も持つようになりました。
資格ばかりな気がしますが・・・この『シカク』を『まるく』使いこなして、建築と不動産の親和性の高さに期待しつつそれぞれの専門知識のフル活用であなたのお役に立ちたいです。

Thirty years have passed since I got a first -class architect certification in the Heisei era, saying, “You can’t eat it.” So far, we have experienced various experiences in the architectural world. And now, I have the wireless certifications necessary for drones that are active in land and buildings in accordance with the times.
I feel like I’m just a Certification… However, I would like to use this “Shikaku” to use “Maruku” and expect the high affinity of architecture and real estate, and use it with full use of each specialized knowledge. For you.
